I would guess its a Bosch EDC15/16 as thats what they mainly used on other models around that MY. But you could either check by using a Diagnostic kit or check the physical ECU in the car.

Like most hondas its under the carpet in passenger footwell or behind glovebox
not hard to remove, just a little tricky to get too at times |
