Hi,

No full release V140 multi, only English (soon) and French for V140 & V141 updates.

You must wait the full V141 if you need others languages than english/french

You can install Can Clip v139 in english or french then you can use Mr. Cedrsan upgrades to can clip v 140 and then you can upgrade it to v141
I hade installed tge v139 in english then I used Mr. Cedrsan upgrades to v14p and now I'm waiting his v141 english upgrades
You can do like I said till a full language new version will be aviable
