unlock ecu ok
you must only reed eeprom and chenge by soft and write.

so you need to "to strip" ECU smile

which tool can read PCR2.1 eeprom? You read it by infineon procesor or?

Info pls. I have tool which reads infineon tc1796 in bootmode. Can I use this to unlock it? Or need to desolder?

Read eeprom and unlock it

Explain

UNLOCKs EEPROM is needed for SIMOS PCR2.1

is needed - because aftersales ecu is locked - not possible write flash by OBD.

to unlock
1. just need to read eeprom from the back side of the ecu. and use software to unlock and write file to eeprom.

2. use hardware whit bootmode to unlock eeprom - example fgtech v3 - no need open ecu back side.

and you ecu is unlocled and ready to flash by OBD smile
