KL15 KL30 Not displayed
Hi guys,
Relatively knew to this forum and have been doing a lot of reading but not got anywhere so here goes.. I have native rheingold up (3.44 also tried 3.41) and running using ediabas and have used 2 different obd cables , one k line to real serial port (com1) and also a usb k/dcan cable. I can successfully read and clear error codes and reset services (on 650i and s1000rr) however some functions are not allowed as the software states that voltage is below 12v (e.g. reset adaptations / calibration on my s1000rr). I notice that there is nothing displayed for the KL15 and KL30 using either cable with either the car or motorbike. Have you guys got this displayed (I have seen various screendumps across the net with the values displayed) as I believe this is the reason that I am not getting further. It is not a power issue as I have used a power supply on the motorbike but get the same error. Really appreciate any feedback as to what cables you are using or whether there is a way, like in DIS to override the voltages i.e. hard code to "fool" the software. Thanks for reading. |

RE: KL15 KL30 Not displayed
Sorted. It was a setting in obd.ini. Ubatt= off needed.
