ZTAudi  2013 S4 with MMI 3G+ Navi (Map & Firmware Updates)?
Just wanted to ask general questions regarding the MMI 3G+ there seems to be many flavors of it and sometimes I have trouble finding support or information about both Map updates and Firmware Updates.

this is my MMI Info:

Software Version:

HN+_US_AU3G_P0566

Navigation Database version:

8R0060884AM NAR 5.6.5

Anyone know if there's a new update for either?

My Dealership is at a complete loss. (not the sharpest tools in the shed)

I heard that Firmware updates are Free and that Map updates are ~$300.00 at the stealership

Is this true?
