snypertje gave you the CORRECTED link for ICOM NEXT firmware "BMW_ISPI_ICOM-Next-FW_03-15-00". That is the one you needed.
By the way there is NO ICOMP NEXT.

Yes, they had ICOM P by Actia, but not ICOMP NEXT. The ICOM needs reset and update ICOM A1/A2 firmware with ISTA-D. That how I updated my ICOM P, or use Actia ICOM Manager with correct bin file to update.

was from BMW

I assume that it is the same as NEXT with only different firmware. If you don’t mind disassembling, then take photos of the board on both sides.

Perhaps it can be changed to NEXT by changing the serial number
