YTMercedes  Datacard Enable patch for EPC 09.2013
This Patch to enable the Datacard read authority for EPC 09.2013 Using OLD StartKeys.
so NO need to the new keys

The patch dont affect any thing just install it and restart your computer then ENJOY !

There are 2 patches one for normal installation of EWAnet and the other for Standalone installation
