Can someone tell me if Toolset32 can downgrade the Actual i-level Actual in a BMW E70

My issue here is: Some idiot took a module or two from an BMW E90 and Placed it in the BMW E70 like CAS, DME and key and it never started the vehicle but some how they put back the original ECU CAS, DME and key and it now reserved the latest I-level actual from the E90 as: E070-18-07-520 Now ISTA-P cant go any further to determine measures plan because it found an unknown data status on the car: 

Does Toolset32 have the Job to perform a n i-level actual downgrade?

yes , I have done similar work long time ago ,

run E70.prg in tool32 , one of the options is to read I-level info , and another option is to write new ones
