something must have changed on my laptop as I can't use the last license since last Oct 2023. It would be appreciated if you can provide a new license (aboulfad-lic-req3.txt) ? I have attached the previous one (aboulfad-lic-req2.txt) so you can remove it from you database.

I cleared registry, uninstalled ISTA and installed ISTA without programming data. Here is the new key.
