my apologies for a newbie question , for NBT1 ( Next maps ) , does the headunit also read the map update code from the fsc file in FSC folder on the root of the USB flash drive , same as NBT EVO ?

No just need to write fsc via idrive knob. If you need fsc just write me pm, ill tell you how to do it and generate for you. |

Thanks for your offer and your answer. I usually use Esys to import FSC file or ISTA to send the code to the headunit . But I have a Senior client which I try to help updating his map without having to enter the code manually. I don't have access to the car whatsoever . |

You have to get the DE-File out of your Headunit - with this file, you can generate your Code for your map.
NBT1 with NEXT maps has a normal FSC-Code you can put in with your I-Drive Controller. |

Reader and Generator working great. I made a lifetime code for a F30H with NBT2 Evo and West Europe maps 2023-1.
