Can an entrynav2 be virginized on the bench? I heared you cannot fit a used entrynav2 in another car? The Entrynav2 you buy and fit in your car should be virgin/brand new...

All info is posted two times by my and DayvG in this topic already how to clear entrynav2..

Well i tried the steps i am unable to load the FSC of the new car.

I cleared the fsc on the hu using tool32 and _DEV_UDS_ Hu_delete_persistency_new

all fsc went to not available.

Then i coded the hu with the new vin and the vin changed

Now i cannot load the fsc's of the new vin.

Initially the HU went into CP mode.

Since the donorcar is my own car i connected it back to my car vo coded it and loaded the original FSC's back on it and it was working again. CP was removed.

Now I am back to square one. Removed the fsc and coded the ho with a different vin but am unable to load the FSC of the new vin, it rejects them.

I’m sure there’s another vin entry somewhere that we are missing, did you get the FGN_CHECK_FAILURE error when loading the FSC’s?

Jep i get the same error.

When i code it back to the donor vin i can load those Fsc's without any error.

And now CP is active again..Need to remove it again by putting it in the car :P

EDIT: Got the CP removed again. I wonder what causes the CP triggering on the bench.

1. Set zgw vin to donor vin, shutdown
2. connect entrynav2 and startup again
3. delete persistency new
4. code with FA with new VIN
5. set zgw vin to new car vin
6. reboot
7. load fsc of new vin (fails)
8. then after a while cp is triggered again

initially i tought maybe 6wb kombi on my bench is causing it due to vin difference, so i removed it...According to ista kcan communcation error can also cause cp triggering on bench..

Write the correct vin to the HU using FSC extended WRITEDATAIDENTIFIERBYVIN. That sets the correct HU vin. The FA will only affect the VIN when the unit is flashed.

If you guys are 100% sure it will work explain me the steps because I think somewhere in the HU something is still not overwritten since it keeps accepting the donor cars fsc's but not other cars. I changed the vin, i flashed the unit, i coded it, I also changed the vin of ZWG. In the end it does not accept the new fsc's. Whatever I do.

Whatever i tried in all possible ways i cannot load the FSC.

the fsc virginizing only clears fsc's but does not virginize the unit at all!

The unit has some check somewhere else for sure.

I had same error with nbtevo when trying to use Fsc codes and patch from hutools. I flashed it with the vin I wanted in fa and used fsc codes from a repair Fsc kit so they were official Fsc’s. Worked no problem after that.
