Yes you need ista standalone (4.33.30) SQLiteDBs(4.33.20) and Psdzdata(4.33.26) then you can upgrade

it is doubtfull they will be available... in the header of the forum there is a link for standalone... PM Sedoy... 

Although, what I found to be the easiest way is to  purchase from bimmer-diag... license included and you'll be at 4.41.1x app version for minimal money.... then come back here for the launcher console and all the delta update files to take the diag / programming files to 4.45.22... and you'll be helping contributing to Sedoy for all his efforts helping us with ISTA
