Hello
Have an E46 with this error

Zündkreis ZK10 / Sicherheits Batterie Klemme1
U-Batterie-Schluss (wich Launch  0B MRS: Batterie Pluspoltrennung 1)

Cable to the airbag ECU ok, but i have on boot cables 13V.

So i try to disable this with NCS expert

Set this to lines

BPLUS_TRENNUNG_1
    aktiv
BPLUS_TRENNUNG_2
    aktiv

to nicht_aktiv, but error comes again.

The ignition pill has infinite resistance  so i put a 3 Ohm resistance inside the plug

Anyone have a hint to solve this problem, new airbag ecu is to expensive.

In Inpa in Coding it shows with "Aktiv" ZK10 are installed and with "nicht_aktiv" ZK 10 are not installed

If you set nicht_aktiv, then the circuit must be open (no resistor). The contact of the squib could short to positive. Disconnect the connector, look, or the error will disappear with the resistance (return original coding). Resistance i instaled 2,2 Ohm.

Have solved it. Disconnect the cable on the ecu und disable it.
