SUD40N06-25L replacement for Mercedes PLD
Hello, I am looking for a proven transistor replacement for the Mercedes PLD driver (Atego, Vario, etc.).
You can buy it online, but it's a fake that doesn't work. The original is MOSFET Vishay SUD40N06-25L Has anyone worked on the topic and found a working replacement for this ECU? |
