Hello. The car come to me for dpf delete. Six months ago i do remap and egr off and no problem at all. Yesterday custumer come with DPF and CAT removed and after flash moded file car start to smoke white even on idle. I try 3 different solutions. Swifttec , Davinchi and manual solution. No difference. Try to flash ori file and reset dpf with success. After that flash mod file and no difference. Soot level 0g and still white smoke on idle. Check injector quantity and they are all exellent.
I am lost. Please anybody help.

White smoke when idle is because of the injectors. What you see on the diagnosis is the electrical component of the injectors. Your problem is the injector nozzles.

If the ecu is a edc16, you need to recode the injectors. After the remap or mod file, sometimes the injectors coding lost. Similar issue happens on Vito's w639.

injector coding is fine. Thanks for the tip.

Does this work for any edc16 or just for Mercedes, I have same problem on a BMW 320, the car didn't smoke on idle even with DPF removed and DPF ON, after I did the DPF off on ECU the car is smoking like hell a blue smoke

Hello. In my case there is problem with turbo. After rebuild car run and drive perfect.
