ps: car is in limp mode, only 3000rpm

You have to solve problems, dtc delete wont solve your limp mode
Power Tuning, ECO Tuning, DPF OFF, EGR OFF, ADBLUE OFF, Lambda OFF, Flaps OFF

Check your intake air flap control actuator and with p0638 apparently means that the throttle position has deviated more than 10% from what it should be.
