Thank you guys for your inputs. I did turn the firewall in windows 10. When i was getting the port lock 12300 error. So i use CMD to turn all firewall off and i also turn off the firewall in the router and remove port restriction. Now ISTA 4.35.20 updating Kombi, HU-H without any issues. Thanks again.


Have anyone ever got this message programming a F10. Let me know and how to solve it thanks.

Firewall issues ? Try disabling that.

ISTA just tells you that your ICOM is not able to reach back to your computer on that port thus preventing encapsulated ethernet traffic from a car to be read by your computer. Most probably you did not properly add firewall exceptions for ISTA. But there can be other issues.
