Hey folks !
I got a astra g van 2002 1.7 dt i did change both ecu and edu i did check all wires like Tis said and all tests seems fine but always this code show up
P1631 - Spill Valve Relay Voltage Low
(04) - Present
even i plug off the edu this code always on
car start with new edu but cut out in 3 second thinking
any ideas ?
btw ecu is from corsa c combo but same numbers as original
will that effect anything

Did you reprogram injector codes etc to new ecu?
What's wrong with old ecu?

Not mine change anything, you have to fix ECU of Bosch pump.
ECU engine of corsa C and astra G are not the same.

Normally if a car starts up 3 seconds then cut out transponder key would be a place to start

The original op stated he had changed edu and ecu so more problems are created when doing this
and without full info from op noone can say what the full problem is or isnt
this could be all the points mentioned above.
edu fault (dry joints) but this was said to be replaced but not said with repaired or not so still could be a faulty edu.
ecu change would require keys/immo and pairing to bcm
etc etc etc
the list could go on
