If OP wants to learn how F series (SVTs storage is different on G+) and ESys works then this is quite a good exercise Not that difficult and not much to break what is not yet broken

It is easy to install esys if needed any help write me on pm I am at home right now

Can this be fixed with esys or does it have to be done with Tool32? I am here to learn, hence the question. I thought Tool32 was for older generations like E series, not F series.

We fix it yestrday like I write above you will need to use tool32,esys and ista. Never do that on E serie but for F and G serie is same way.First calculate svt_soll and write to the car.After open all port with tool32 go to ista do Diagnostic and clear faulty then switch to esys and vo code all module on flexray. Then open ista again and do initialisation of flexray.

I would just like to say thankyou to Siki78 what an absolute legend. Word of advice to anyone that isn't familiar with how to do any type of coding be careful, what I watched Siki78 do was brilliant but not for the faint hearted. Thankyou all for your input, what a great forum
