i work currently on a flooded g32. All modules inside the car are destroyed.
Can you help me which modules i need to order from BMW, which cant be sourced from other car. 

DME and all the water protected modules are ok.

what modul holds the key information? I need to order them new from the dealer

You need BDC , it’s answering for half of car! Located on passengers side footwell, but it can be programmed only with Online Ista.

So if you don’t have it, you must to deliver car to dealer

Yes, if you have only Ista Online/Aos , because it should get ISN code from server and activate yours existing keys in new BDC and etc.

If you don’t have it - impossible (except read ISN from yours old damaged bdc, and write it to new one) - for this you should have specific Tools

reading ISN from MGD1 is useless, even if it has cars up to 06-2020, in BDC2 it's encrypted with other keys, ISN inside EGS it has always been different from DME, how do you claim that now in the G series it's the same?

would it be possible to do it on the bench?
i have to remove it from the car and look how bad it is damaged

All bdc, fem, cas, etc... are selled with already isn and keys written, no need to do anything at dealer, also because, no one dealer can write keys and isn in any condition with ista.



Donnie, buy a new bdc in bmw with your vin number and you can use your original dme, original egs and original keys without any problem.

You've to program it with ista or esys, if you use ista, you'll need your xmldb file for restoring fa and istep and calculate correct svt.

If you use esys, you're an expert and so i've nothing to say you.

Remeber that if you use esys you've to disable the mounting mode with tool32 or ista, because if you don't doing that, car never starts.

This is 100000% incorrect.
New BDC from dealer comes with ISN and keys already programmed.
You just need to code it/program, write FA, SVT, ilevel.
Component protection will trigger on MGU/EVO.
