On OBD, I did not understand their DEBLOCING METHOD FRF File? Did a file that we found on the internet can we unlock without dismantling I buy it but I regret!

It's do same kob like v21, mayby have some fix.. And yes on VR or frf or sgo files you can create unlock bin flash file, and write it in obd mode, then you will can r/w safty. Ofcourse only VAG.
