Why don't you use 8.16? Perhaps there is a reason that escapes me but even in 8.16 properly modified you can use certificates for diagnosis or coding of current vehicles, I do not know if you are looking for an earlier version for this reason. That is why I am asking

sure i don't mind using 8.16 at all just i can't seem to find 8.16 setup files also, i just happen to have a working laptop with 8.13 but its in Chinese so i try to get the setup files to change the language
