what is a good Software to flash ECU´s ? Odis 6.2.2 does not Supportet sgo files or give a Database wichs supportet this files or it is bette to use 5.0.1.4 e? this supportet all files.

I will flashing a golf 7 GTI.
Golf 6 was susyfull flashing with 5.0.1.4.

and wenn i use ODIS Luncher must i use this HW ID Generator for the License file?

Odis Run with Generierten ID and without ID.

and in ODIS 6.2.2 works not a automatic car identifizierung. i must manuel a projekt data choose.

O.k but for what is a HW ID gen. ? it generiert a id from my pc o.k but when use a luncher need a hw id gen.?

Yes it generiert a HW ID from your PC, you can copy in the licence file, but i don`t do it and it works

The ODIS-E you not use it m8 for diagnosis you use it just for to flashing ecu's.......
For the guided fault finding use the ODIS-S and be happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, renaming Odis folder to Odis_Engineering solve the problem...
I found some interesting thing for those with Bluetooth not connecting problem...
I take a tour in my home town and buy 3 different Bluetooth modules:



All installs on my Win 7 SP1 as Bluetooth Radio on Device Manager.
But only 1 recognize my VAS5054A head and working flawlessly with VAS-PC, ODIS-S and ODIS-E !
Two of them had CSR chip inside:





And The Winner Is :



I hook up an Airbag control unit to a female OBD2 connector on my worktable and this are the results:










Obviously in ODIS-E you can check only the connection...

I hope this info help a lot of people who is struggling with BT connection.
