You have to go to ElsaWin Administration and logon with:
username: admin
and
password: admin

then set DC/importer number dealership number just put a few digits here

then delete dealer 000-00000

then create a new user

after that it should work nod

I have tried dealer 123-12345 for my standard user. I get the "campaigns" but no "Technical Product Information". 444 as DC doesn't work as I think I didn't install German. Is there a Dealer Code (DC) for GB language which might make the TPI's available?

My user has language set to "English - United Kingdom". I cannot create any other users with different languages. Do I need to reinstall with German?

I hear that the last Audi database is 02.2016. Does anyone have this version?

I am running in Windows 10 without a problem (x64). Just follow the instructions. Also, make sure you install/enable SQL database and set to run in compatibility mode - windows 7

Keygen definitely works.

Thank for the answert. The key generator is not working.
The second field in the key generator is black. Does not work in the compatibility mode. So I have another problem. Can not find it. Strange on my windows 7 it worked. Anyone have sugesties ?
