AGR VALVE not Work!!

Could be almost whatever you can think of: faulty MAF, stuck EGR, faulty air temp, faulty boost pressure and MANY other things. Look at live data for sanity and run air mass test with ISTA.

As above can be many things. Likely suspects are egr valve or cooler and boost pipe leaks.

So you have your answer. Also oxygen sensor thing is probably unrelated. Could have got same answer from air mass test, just much quicker.

Check if intake manifold is melted and small holes make air leak. Also check all charge pipes and connections. Even a tiny leak make codes for these engines.

If OP would do air mass test instead of wasting time driving, he would know HOW BIG the leak is, because he would have all the numbers. Now it's really a guess where it is. Rotten hole in intercooler, fractured hose or some small leak.
