Can you tune my Friend bmw engine ecu ?

I need more power and egr off
The car is 2003 year 525d with manual gearbox .The car has 360000km on clock
Engine :525(120kw)
Bosch DDE4.0
Bmw hardware number:7790220

Problem is big consumption on idle,injectors are good,compresion good,maf sensor new,belt replaced and time belt good,all good but consumption no good.
I put my original file from ECU.Anyone know what maybe is problem.

Problem is big consumption on idle,injectors are good,compresion good,maf sensor new,belt replaced and time belt good,all good but consumption no good.
I put my original file from ECU.Anyone know what maybe is problem.

Hi all.
Will some one help my. I got a damos for a golf4 tdi 1.9 and i try in winols to find same maps in my onw file.

The golf 4 1.9 tdi has a lot of changes but the guy who first had the car never had it chip but did alot ofreplacing.
List over tings changed;
150hk turbo - egr delete -11mm pump-pistol insted of 10mm / Front mount intercoller . Miltec exhust cat delete. He say 3bar map sensor. 150hk manifold. And extra fuel pump in trunk he said to ceep the pressure on all time.

But i will not try to do this alone. Will some one help my finde the right maps. I got a homemade dyno. Good enough to chip it on.
I will post the files and damos then I get home from school
