xDrive - Modification of the drive distribution through coding.
Is it possible to modify the distribution of the drive? I mean something that BMW did on the F10 when the front driveshafts were failing, so BMW changed the way the xDrive worked, which only started from the place with the rear drive, and then the front was attached.
The second thing I know is that there are applications that disconnect the front-wheel drive on models with xDrive. They only do it by changing the parameters of the ECU. Does anyone know which parameters need to be changed, so that the whole system works properly and does not display any errors on the instrument cluster? Has anyone worked on this topic yet? |

Xdrive is controlled via DSC. DSC sends signal to VTG, just disable Xdrive in DSC. It is possible to disable almost all Xdrives with e-sys.
- Secure coding (NCD 2.0) fit to FA changed (Typschlussel, Serie, Region...).
- Remove component protection MGU18/21 (only case BDC replace). - ID8.5 (SFA) conversion/ change region map. - Virgin Kafas4, MRR, RAM used. - Mgu patch, fsc custom match to vin, remove CP. - Reset ISN 7DTC, 8HP for F, G serie (include EGS7). - Write ISN MG1/MD1 with remotely. - Carplay/Android Auto MGU with/without ATM (6AE). Ok. Over 12 years it was not possible with ESYS or whatever’and coding.
Now the experts found the coding option.
