As I know 01AA0002 fsc is for removing used MGU CP.
What are others 1AA0001,0003,0004,0005 for/

As ALREADY answered the last 4 digits are upgrade index. Meaning if you remove CP with 0001, next time 0001 WON'T work. You will need 0002. Next time 0003 and so on. SAME as with ALL other FSCs.

If we replace BDC3 on MGU system. It needs 1AA0001 fsc to remove MGU CP so I am confuse.

You need 1AA FSC. Period. Index will be whatever next number is for that SPECIFIC MGU. And BMW will know what it must be.

Use tool32 HU_REFURBISH_VIN & HU_REFURBISH_VIN_UI

the latter one will tell you what the last 4 digits should be for the 1AA FSC - the first one will tell you what the VIN should be for the 1AA FSC

this is exactly the same procedure as EVO with 170
