I have a doubt, I have been writing an MCU again and with an error, just in the first line of the file, instead of 'FE' is 'FF', is this normal? What should I do?

In the image I put the error that happens in xprog at the time of write, and in the software 'compare files', on the left is the file that you provided me, on the right is the file after write and read again on xprog

that's happened because xprog fw not good
after appear message verify error , just click no ..and re write again , may need several time to try then should work

I have read with UPA-USB, but the same problem is occurring, if I try to write the file as it is, the UPA writes totally blank, if I write the similar file (FF) as I was doing in Xprog, the UPA writes and reads everything that has been programmed.

I am considering that the defect is in the MCU.

My MCU is 0d69j, can I use the 1d69j?

should work .. but if you willing to change mcu you need rom dump too ... you can try read room from old mcu anyway

Finally after a lot of work (and bad coincidences) I finally managed to write the two original mcu 0d69j of the car, the problem was in the programmers, xprog (xprog-m v5.0) and UPA, for some reason they write and read corrupting the start of the file and sometimes the medium too, I was able to do the correct writing / reading with only the ak500plus, i weld them again in the EIS, I recorded a new key and start !!!

Only two things remained pending, the car came back completely, except for the sunroof (before it worked well), can there be any relation to the service performed? Another detail is that after I recorded a second key but it did not work, although the remote control works it does not turn the ignition on, I will order new keys to try again.

I do not know how to thank you, your help and the repair of the archives, saved a lot of money.

What i am try to say is ,that the car have originaly a Nec small key,but broken, and i have here 2 keys with motorola inside chip, from scrapyard, there is posible to reprogram this type of key tothe car EZS?
Sorry i am green in this world.
Is this Motorola key OTP or can be reprogramed?

xprog is good for motorola hc05e6,, you can read/write without Problem , just lift up Pin 1 ,, use xprog manual for pinout
