Have you check if the FEM/BDC in transport mode? I’ve experienced the same that car start with emergency coil, but remote not working, and found that the FEM/BDC in transport mode after Autohex did the unlock. I’ve turn off the transport mode then work properly.

I don't think Fem was in transport mode from memory, I changed Fem frequency to 868, swapped receiver in boot to 868, programmed a new blank 868 key and everything worked. Have you successfully wrote a 434 key with Autohex?

Yes, make over 20 cars with FEM/BDC 434 key and few cars with FEM 315 key successfully.
