I will share the solution to the problem that I managed to solve. Maybe it will help someone.


1. I NOTE THE PROBLEM WAS HERE (read on, we'll come back) after starting, the MSVCR100.dll error pops up (810kb, I found it on the Internet, downloaded it and put it in the directory (depending on whether you have x64 or x86)
C:/windows/SysWOW64
C:/windows/System32

2. A JVM/JRE error pops up, the program does not start
3. C++ 2013 x86 installation
4. Installation of the latest JAVA RUNTIME
5. The problem persists
6. We open the folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Offboard_Diagnostic_Information_System_Engineering\jre\bin\plugin2
7. We extract the file MSVCR100.dll (756kb from the folder and insert it into the folder from point no. 1
8. Problem solved (run from the folder where ODIS is installed, it can cause problems)


I personally solved this on Windows 7 Ultimate x64

copy /Y "C:\Program Files (x86)\Offboard_Diagnostic_Information_System_Engineering\jre\bin\plugin2\msvcr100.dll"    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
