I been looking at from in sections "All About IMMO/ECU , ChiPTuninG , Dashboard , Locksmith , AirbaG , Carradio" and like to suggest to re-organize it because right now it's abit DIS-Organized (check Attachment)

No idea what you are on about, a screenshot would be better than your drawing which does not resemble anything that I see here.

No other complaints about this, and the layout here has not changed since the forum started, so there probably won't be any re-organization.

Edit: I think I know what you mean now, splitting each forum into sub-forums. That will never happen, the amount of work to go through every thread and move it to it's appropriate sub-forum outweighs the benefit.
