Hi all,

Hope can find answers and helpfull guidence here.

I'm comming from BMW programming, diagnosis and coding world.
Know nothing about MB.

Today we bought a MB and want to build same knolig around it.

I used google to find what can i use for MB. Wasn't so obviuse what is for what.

I found..
. Xentry
. DOIP
. Star C4

Can you please help me what the software or cables are for coding, diagnosis or programming?

Get 1-2TB SSD
Install Xentry
Install Vmware and have older version in VM Xentry 2014, Xentry 06.2016/07.2016
Get SDConnect 4 w/DOIP (on this forum you can find how to change serial in SDConnect with chip programmer)
Get VCX SE or other J2534 Device
and look/watch/learn for videos on YT for Vediamo

hht is for older cars till 2002
from 2002 you have das / xentry till 2022

These older software you mentioned I assume windows xp needed?

some are better then others, till you get it and open it you will not know how good /bad it is.
