Yeah it's possible. Some guys can load full FSC or just CarPlay FSC.

Who can load third party FSC to MGU. I don't think that's possible.

MGU FSC 17B is only available through the dealer portal.

    There also seems to be a way to enable through provisioning hack. Not public yet.
    EntryNav2, MGU, Evo - carplay with or without ATM, full fsc, component protection and more.
    NCD 2.0 secure coding - typeschlussel (typecode) change, region change
