Did you find firmware 2.0.4??? I guess if your x-horse is the the one with the removable usb (aka fake x-horse) and looks like as original x-horse, then you can. But firmware 2.0.4 is not made available. In addition just to be sure find firmware 1.4.1 in case it is needed.

I have got 2 Honda XHORSE HDS cables. In MVCI Firmware update tool1.4.8 , Device Info one is normally recognized but second one Device S/N, Model, Firmware, Deales is N/A. I tried to flash firmware MVCI006000001_1.4.1.mfu but operation fail.... where could be a problem??

1.4.1 is for fake x-horse.

Try installing firmware 1.4.7 if you can find it.
