Is it posible to make full clone of BCM2

and if yes whats the procedure ?

Yes, if you read, write the immo data in the new BCM2. Look the vertion of BCM2, because few types, a encripted and non ecripted.

encripted usually starts from 2012 on. might be unlocked unit

HI  you can use vvdi prog there many programmer can do it there you must read D-Flash and P-Flash other D-Flash and eep that's my experience with D70F3239 2008
