Just short the cable for the Sensor?

waaay easier than coding, and i dont think you can deactivate IT by coding

The sensor is not a short circuit, it has a resistance. Easy way is to just zip-tie a sensor somewhere. More permanent solutuon is to measure the resistance of a new sensor and connect a resistor with that value instead of the sensor.
