If your interface is not recognized on USB port (because you have try to flash with nlc software ....); reflash MB90F546GS with ISP prog:






If you don't use nlc software on this, check USB connector welds and USB6B1 (ESD protection component) and USBN9603/4-28M USB FS node controller with his 24MHz quartz

I have 2 of these PP1 interfaces (both peugeot) but they don't run well on the the citroen software lexia on standard software (old) or on diagbox yet planet and diagbox on peugeot work pretty good

Which is really annoying as both are genuine ex dealer interfaces .

Is there a solution for this (having recently you told me they didn't have a spansion eeprom any idea on how to make it work on both software types ?

Hi,

What is exactly problems on each PPI interface ????? communication with ECU, BSI, GEAR ....
USB port problem ? update firmware problem when you change software utilisation, beetwen LEXIA3 or PP2000 and Diagbox ?

The fault occurs mainly with comms and some functions on lexia software peugeot soft works just fine tried re install other versions so i assume its interface fault

usb is fine on both both do same thing only on lexia

From information you supply its hard to comment on hardware fault

it seems its pointing at relays but working lexia this seems odd

lets wait for more opinions

I am having trouble with one interface.
One day after 1 year of use, just decided not to comunicate with the car. Autocom works perfect wit this 307 (van).
I decided to flash the interface with mr. Scary firmware, downgraded diagbox to 5.02, but nothing seems to help.
I can hear the relays ticking, but just no communication at all with any module.
If you have, mr. Titoun. a schematic, it would be verry nice.
