Can someone shed some light on BMW APPS availability after US - ECE conversion (OEM map FSC installed) ? 

Not sure if those are somehow region locked via ATM2 sim card ?

My question is: Can those apps be resoterd with "update apps and services" after MGU flash once car is in EU ?

It is possible to restore. You need be in country roaming list. and need coding by esys. car will connect to BMW CD server and restore apps. ATM2 - must be.

Many people in this forum can activate CD if your car located in country list.
if not - probably no one can solve this. All depends where your can physically located.
Just need LTE roaiming connection. And this is possible only in country list. Hope clear.

Hope you know real way to do this without roaming. But i believe this is not possible.
As, it is possible restore fsc code or provision using ISTA online or update online services same using ista or tool32. but.. it is not possible download this way apps . So again - need LTE....
