I will be replacing a SH300i speedo soon, but expect to be fine with a copy of the ODO-bytes from the old speedometer to the new (older one)

Could you give insight on how the calculation works? there is obviously a lot of redundancy (circular writing for wear leveling) but is there a fixed offset? for the cells and for the last written cell?

Edit: ok, seems to be a 16 bit integer (2 bytes) multiplied by 32 (more or less) and then 2 bytes of the inverse, the values always increment by one and are written sequentially
Don't know where the others minor 32 km are stored, but it is not that important.
