Gabur's files give me a crc file error. 

the files also seems to be the wrong size.(Too small)

Gabur's files works for me. Download and extract to SQLiteDbs folder in ISTA main install directory, go to registry editor and change the DE Data to 4.39.20 from 4.32.15. Go to settings in ISTA and change language and then restart ISTA.

Thx for the help. Done but when opening a Document in ISTA "The selected Document has no content" Changing Language to English everything works fine.

Registry edited and all versions are matching in ISTA under "Version"

It should be have a size of approximatelly 16 GB
