Tachosoft and hcip Carculator
I know Tachosoft 23.1 is already posted here a few times, here it is with hcip Carculator 2.01.11 in one place.

I have had these for years, they are 100% safe.

FYI, these are the last versions. Any newer version will be fake and most likely a virus.

Your antivirus may be the problem, and you must have the application and the key file in the same folder, you can't have it on your desktop.
If someone took the time to help you, the least you can do is take a few seconds and press two buttons!
