hey guys,we have sandero that is driving us crazy..in the morning or after few hours that car was off we cant start it at first crank..turn ignition on,there is some beep sound and car just cranks,after that u turn ignition on and car starts without problem..dtc is fuel flow regulator maximal.before we changed fuel flow regulator car sometimes stopped at driving and turned off..then we changed regulator (bosch original)and car was driving 2 weeks(600km without turning off in driving )and it happened again..fuel pressure on before cranking is between 9 and 11 bars and when i crank it first time i cant get more then 100..soon as i stop cranking and try it again i get 280 bar and car start without any problems..did anyone had this problem?thanks in advance

thanks for answer but we have no metal pieces in filter..and after first time i try to start and ignition off and on i get 280 bar without problems and car starts..so if u it is HP pumo then i would have problems all the time..and even on driving always..

Yes possible correct what you said
but you said some times when you crank there is not much Bar in fuel circuit so why ??
generaly if you replace the fuel pressur sensor it will remaine only hp pump or ECU !!

yes,that is a problem,we want to avoid changing parts cause they are very expensive and we try to spare customer of that...it could be also low pressure pump..we think it some weird electrical problem,some relay or something like that..car has 200 000 km and it is too soon for HP pump and bosch injectors..and car drives great,no smoke...

UPDATE.because of the differences on first start connected to outside temperature and fuel temperature we realized that fuel heater was bad..and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didnt.fuel heater in this car is in fuel filter housing and and it is indirectly connected to car ecu and injection..car doesnt show error when fuel heater is bad but it shows problem with regulator.we have changed fuel filter housing and there is no problem now at first start and no dtc connected with regulator.we will still test car for next few weeks and i will post result.thanks everyone for their answers and i hope this will help someone in future with similar problem

Logan 1.5 euro 5,200.000km aprox,exactly your issue....
take a look to the feed wire of the low pressure pump,sometimes runs great,sometimes don;t

thanks,issue was with fuel filter housing,fuel heater wasnt working goodnew fuel filter housing and its starts without problem
