Hello, i have audi a6 c7 2018 3.0tdi bi turbo 320hp with adblue (CVUA)
mileage is 90k km

How long can dpf survive without egr?
Car will be tuned of course

Also does adblue affect dpf quality or its just to reduce more polution?

IMO the DPF will last longer, no soot in the intake, so that way the engine's intake system stays clean and not looses power due to carbon or limp mode stuff which have negative effects on the exhaust regeneration system.

Kayhan is correct, I also have my own cars directly EGR off, and still for years no problem with any of the two systems.

The best way is egr-dpf-adb OFF, than car will survive in fully !

Okay, i think i will remove EGR and maybe adblue, will se how long it will survive.
DPF off is not an option, In Latvia we now have dpf check in every year if they think that dpf is removed they do a test.

If DPF is removed, you need pay for new DPF and for installing it + probably new ecu because they cant edit software legally.
