Does your car have full power? if she lumpy on low rpm so it will be egr valve stuck open! you can block egr valve with steal plate or use 2 pence coin which i using always))

Hi guys i was so busy the last two days ,

yesterday i have flashed the file from :betrescudan VIP Donator , i checked all the pipes and and turbo charger pressure and everything is okay , i found that there are so leak of oil on the red area in the photo , i didn't try the car till now , i just flashed the file , i left the car running normally without press acceleration because i was in busy town street . while the car is running without pressing acceleration i didn't notice any smoke .

i will try the car by Monday and i will let you know the results .

and if still had a smoke i will try to clean the EGR .

and i bought Carlube Diesel Car / Van Fuel Treatment Additive System Efficiency

i will try it by Monday as well .

There all thoses engines have oil...need to change the OR ,or making silicon gasket
if you will have white smoke,means your turbo has problems

Hi guys ,
i tested the car today , i found the car still as it's , not get over RPM 3000 , no smoke while the car running on motor way , the smoke comes only when push down acceleration while the car stopped ,
the coolant level low sign is on but the temperature not over 70 C and sign fuel level low on as well
but there are enough water and enough fuel ,
i checked the turbo pipe they are good
i think i have to reset the ECU by diagnostic tool
i need your opinion guys , what shall i do ?
what the next step ?

You need to use a diagnostic tool and post here eventual DTC (fault codes)
With most of the diagnostics tools you can record parameters for EGR, Intake Airflow, Injector correction values, Turbo pressures. Post the DTCs and we will see from there.
You might also try resetting the DPF.

What color smoke you have? if black smoke just block silver EGR pipe at the back off engine at timing belt side, and your car is 90 hp she has small turbo i can see on your picture so your car dont have the DPF filter, only 110hp .1.6hdi have dpf filter

You FAP has problems...try to recode fap on sections engine-intervent fap-write new values of quantity of aditif 3 liters-test the action of aditiv pump...cancel errors
