From memory that release had HU-H and HU-H2 listed against it but in reality only had the files for EVO, actual final release for NBT was the one before.  Not sure if I still have these files, can check next week if still need them.

AS I understand for HU-H (ID3 and 4) not HU-H2 (ID5 and 6).
Gracenote-DB for NBT/NBT-EVO 03/2017 Europe should be latest for NBT (ID3) with Next map.
Gracenote-DB for NBT-EVO 07/2017 Europe should be latest for NBT (ID4) with EVO map.
