Hi. I need your help. BMW F10. Replaced with the previously used EPS module, which stands on the steering rack. After installation, the steering wheel is very tight and does not pass the calibration of the stops in the ISTA service functions.
In ISTA errors : 1) 4823E1 - EPS Control Unit: Internal ECU malfunction (Hardware) 2) CD951B: Incorrect signal(actual steering wheel torque, driver, actuator / actual rack force) 3) DC019C3: EPS interface (actual steering wheel torque, driver, actuator / actual rack force) I started flashing the EPS block in ESYS. I use ICOM original, E-Sys 3.35.3 (PSdZData FULL 4.37.42). I was immediately confused and surprised that there was a CAFD in the block, usually on used contract blocks you always need to flash a new CAFD, and here it was right in the block. I tried to flash it with 2 different fresh isteps, with one of them the process is successful (I'll attach the LOG below), but in the ESYS itself the block still wants to update (target state). Also in TAL, before firmware, you can select the parameters hwDeinstall, hwInstall, usually there are no such parameters in TAL. Can you tell me how to register the EPS used earlier from another machine? I attach all the files: FA, SVT ist, SVT Target and TAL. Thank you very much |
