My tool is part D SDS can connect USB and work with Virtual machine. before used some one this tool?

Change Your com port settings bro or it could be the software not compartible with the multiplexer Use Xentry/Das 09.2013 if you have it works perfectly well with that type of C4, but here are other softwares that also work with it.
