ODIS can't see the original 6154A
Hi,
I have a problem with my cable that I bought yesterday. Odis saw him for a while and then after restarting the computer he stopped seeing him. I tried to check on another computer and it's the same. The lights are on, when connected to USB there is a sound of connection but nothing else happens. Can anyone suggest what could have happened? |

Have you connected the head using usb cable?
If yes, what led colors are lit when the head is connected both to the computer and OBD? Do you see the head in Device Manager as VAS6154 (USB) device? |

Give more details - it's really hard to help you if we have to guess what might you have done or what not...
First step I would remove the wlan module from the head and hook it directly to USB... Net/Java/VCRedist will be the last options to check... |

RE: ODIS can't see the original 6154A
Thank you all for your willingness to help, it turned out that this is a common case and there is a procedure for it that is described in the manual. It was enough to connect to the docking station and hold the button for 10 seconds and the device was reset
