Hi, I have a issue with bmw f32. It came to me after collision but client repair everything already, there were errors about one side left sensor:
sensor line disconnection and 2nd about side right senor: incorrect sensor version.
I decided to change both sensor to hella ones and after that where appear 2 error codes:
1:ultrasonic sensor front side left, signal line: Line fault signal level
2:ultrasonic sensor front side right, signal line: Line fault signal level
Then I swap signal lines from normal pdc sensor that is working on sensors and on Ecu and on new line there is the same code so there is no problem with wiring. Then I changed ecu and code and still same.

Now the only issue can be with sensors and I find:

After the PMA or an ultrasonic sensor has been replaced no start-up is necessary. However, the PMA checks with every start-up whether the sensor software is compatible with the control unit software. It this is not compatible, a corresponding fault is set in the PMA control unit. In this case the service function "update software of ultrasonic sensors" must be performed.
 
But on this car there is nothing in service functions related to PMA and programming sensors.

Anybody have any idea?

I think that you bought bad sensors. PMA has different sensors on sides. PDC all the same. On oem sensors it writes witch is pma or pdc.

Problem resolved on PMA1 only oem bmw sensors are working. I bought used ones and everything is ok.
